Compensation analysis – which I really enjoy! Taking real data and presenting it with a solution and recommendation at the end is something I have never done before, but got the opportunity to do!
Recruiting for the NetSuite skill set and finding great candidates who had it!

In general, the talent market has been insane over the last year or more. So, being able to roll with the punches and remain positive.
Ask a lot of questions, and lean on your peers for advice and help! We move fast, but it is a lot of fun!
